Capturing Moments, LLC sells digital photographs and/or physical photo prints. Product details, pricing, and delivery options are described clearly on each product page.

  • Digital Downloads: Delivered electronically via email or direct download after payment.

  • Physical Prints (if applicable): Shipped to the address provided at checkout. Processing and shipping times are listed on product pages.

2. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
We accept payments through secure third-party providers such as [Stripe, PayPal, etc.]. By providing payment information, you authorize Capturing Moments, LLC to charge your payment method for the full order total.

3. License & Usage Rights

  • Purchasing a digital image grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

  • You do not acquire ownership of copyright or intellectual property rights.

4. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on digital downloads.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Digital Orders: Typically processed immediately. If there is a delay or issue, we will notify you via the email provided.

  • Print Orders (if sold): Shipping estimates and delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or external factors.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Capturing Moments, LLC, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete contact and payment information.

  • Not redistribute, resell, alter, or claim the work as your own.

  • Follow the usage terms set forth in the applicable license agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, branding, website content, and related materials are the property of Capturing Moments, LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capturing Moments, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use any product or service.
